Develop, implement and analyze budgets. Participate in marketing plans and implementation. Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Recruit, train and supervise staff. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a department providing a single administrative service or several administrative services. Supervision: 11-15 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Safe Food Handling certificate. Food Safety Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Public transportation is not available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure.
