Tasks

  • Identify clients' financial goals and objectives
  • Plan, set up and administer accounting systems

  • Underwrite new issues of stocks and bonds
  • Act as trustee in bankruptcy proceedings
  • Negotiate with corporations and government to determine the type and terms of new securities issue
  • Prepare offering prospectus for new issues of stocks and bonds
  • Negotiate mortgage loans and make application for mortgage to lenders or lending institutions on behalf of client
  • Administer estate, personal, charitable, corporate and other types of trusts, direct trust account investments, receive and record investment income and disburse trust funds
