Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Parking lot. Tasks: Assist clients/guests with special needs. Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Issue tickets. Establish work schedules and procedures. Ensure smooth operation of equipment. Supervision: 5-10 people.
