Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Help medical examiner in charge. Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Assist in demolishing buildings. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Direct traffic at or near construction sites. Rig and hoist equipment. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Assist skilled tradespersons. Instrument experience: Pneumatic. Security and safety: Drug test. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Health benefits: Dental plan.
