The Security Site Supervisor will embrace our companys core values. This position will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services and act as a liaison between the Client, Operations Manager and Security officers. Supervisory Responsibilities -Patrol designated areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and fire, while controlling access to buildings.-Operate security control-room equipment to monitor premises and respond promptly to any security threats.-Enforce regulations to uphold order, settle conflicts, and oversee activities within the establishment.-Ensure compliance with safety protocols and emergency procedures to protect individuals and property.-Issue passes, guide visitors to the correct locations, and verify the age identification of patrons as necessary.-Supervise site staff, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.- LocationPrince Albert, SK
