Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations. Prepare mixed drinks, wine, draft or bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages. Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Bartender certification. Personal suitability: Client focus.
