Top Grade Energy Services Ltd is looking for an administrator to join our growing team. We are seeking an energetic and motivated individual who has a desire to succeed. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our accounting and operations teams. *Responsibilities include, but are not limited to* · Support Payroll with various functions such as entering employee hours, onboarding and offboarding · Support Accounts Payable with various functions such as reviewing and posting invoices · Support Accounts Receivable with various functions such as billing, posting and collecting payments · Perform other administrative tasks as required *Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications* · Proficient in Office 365 (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel, Word) · Efficient & accurate data entry skills * Knowledge of ERP systems * Detail oriented * Highly organized with strong attention to strict payroll and month end deadlines. * Ability to work both independently and within a team setting * Flexibility to navigate changing business demands. · Consideration will be given for diploma or certificate in accounting, business administration or a related field and/or experience in accounting or a related field Job Type: Full-time Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour Benefits: * Casual dress * Dental care * Disability insurance * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Paid time off * Vision care Schedule: * Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: * Swift Current, SK: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Location: * Swift Current, SK (preferred) Work Location: In person Application deadline: 2024-04-30 Expected start date: 2024-05-27- LocationSwift Current, SK
