Reporting to the Engineering Manager, this clerical position is responsible for providing basic administrative support to the Engineering/Warranty/Service/R&D Departments.
*Job Function & Responsibilities: *
· Responsible for accurate database entries and revisions to Bill of Materials (BOM).
· Accountable for assisting with all stages of document management to support Engineering/Warranty/Service/R&D processes throughout the departments.
· Support the administrative functions required by R&D/Service through document organization and management.
*Requirements:*
· 2-3 years Administrative and Clerical experience within automated environments; strongly preferred
· Ability to work in a team environment or independently depending on a situation
· Organized, reliable and excellent communication skills
· Experience in a similar industry (manufacturing/industrial) is desired
· Experience in or providing administrative support to Engineering functions; strongly considered an asset
· Experience with AutoCAD/Inventor/Vault will be considered an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $44,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
