We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our staff. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.
*Responsibilities:*
Serve as the front desk point of contact and greeting visitors
Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
Assist with vendor management, including coordinating services and resolving any issues
Maintain comprehensive calendars for staff and clients.
Optimize resource allocation for various programs and activities.
Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and events for disability support services.

Handle incoming calls with professionalism and empathy.
Direct calls to the appropriate team members.
Provide information and assistance to callers.
*Human Resources:*
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, focusing on creating an inclusive workplace.
Manage sensitive employee and client records with the utmost confidentiality.
Address HR-related queries with a compassionate approach.
*Filing and Records Management:*
Implement efficient filing systems that cater to the needs of the non-profit and disability sectors.
Uphold strict compliance with legal and ethical record-keeping standards.
Retrieve and manage documents necessary for support services.
*Basic Accounting:*
Assist with budgeting tasks, such as tracking expenses and preparing reports
*Qualifications:*
*Experience:*
Proven track record of at least 1-3 years in office administration.
Demonstrated ability in managing schedules and resources.
Hands-on experience with HR responsibilities and a basic understanding of accounting practices.
*Skills:*
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
*Education:*
High school diploma or equivalent is required
