Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring and erect walls and roof systems. Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings and hardware. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Own vehicle. Willing to travel. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Handling heavy loads. Large workload. Physically demanding. Tight deadlines. Own tools/equipment: Tools. Safety equipment/gear. Steel-toed safety boots. Hard hat. Safety glasses/goggles. Personal suitability: Accurate. Efficient interpersonal skills.
