Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Arrange and co-ordinate seminars, conferences, etc.. Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Schedule and confirm appointments. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Perform data entry. Provide customer service. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury. Security and safety: Bondable.
