Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Conduct performance reviews. Perform same duties as workers supervised. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Establish work schedules and procedures and co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Identify training needs and train workers in job duties and company policies. Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery. Requisition materials and supplies. Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Area of work experience: Quality assurance or control.
