The Ramada Plaza Regina is looking for a dynamic, customer focused, Front Desk Manager/ Guest Service Manager. This individual must be professional in appearance and attitude, exceed in hospitality, have excellent problem resolution skills, and demonstrate reliability. This position is a professional senior role with our organization in the hospitality industry. We want to add to our dynamic team with an individual that believes in contributing to our service driven atmosphere. Previous hotel hospitality experience is essential, experience with Opera PMS is a definite asset. Please be aware full time positions must have unrestricted availability.Therefore, candidates must be available to work days or evenings.
