*HEY YOU!* We?re looking for creative, trendy + enthusiastic Boutique Sales Associate with a passion for all things fashion, hair + beauty, for our Regina Boutique. (That?s our jam). *A DAY IN THE LIFE* * Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism * Educate clients through consultative selling, promoting new products and knowledge of promotions * Handle cash and perform opening and closing duties * Replenish merchandise, monitor floor stock and process shipments * Assist with merchandising, promotional activities and store maintenance * Ensure accuracy in all transactions, inventory and procedures * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and current deals/promotions * Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor and attitude at all times * Perform other duties as required *WHAT YOU OFFER* * Superior customer service and communication skills * Positive, outgoing and friendly personality * Willingness to always be learning about the rapidly changing hair + beauty industry and products * Ability to make excellent sales to achieve performance in alignment with goals and objectives * Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with guests * Motivated and creative team player * Comfortable in a pet friendly atmosphere * Experience in retail sales is an asset * Beauty, Hairstylist and/or Esthetician experience is a plus! *Learn more about us or apply directly at summitsalons.ca/careers* Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $15.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * On-site parking * Paid time off * Store discount Shift: * Day shift Application question(s): * What experience do you have as a Hair Stylist and/or Esthetician?
