*Responsibilities*
· Assist in recruitment process by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting proper background checks.
· Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management.
· Maintain our Safety program and COR certification.
· Assist with Payroll Processing in a timely manner and assist in HR reporting and data analysis as needed.
· Administer benefits packages and RRSP enrollments, and process records of Employment, T4s and related filings.
· Coordinate training and development programs for employees, maintaining confidential employee records up to date through our HRIS.
· Actively participating in the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program and the Saskatchewan Apprenticeship and Trade Certification Commission processes to support our employee.
· Other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications*
· A minimum of 10 years of direct experience in an HR Administrator role, specifically within the Canadian HR Practices.
· Strong understanding of Canadian HR practices, employment standards, and compliance requirements.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to handle sensitive matters with tact and diplomacy.
· Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft 365.
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
· Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
