*Job Summary* Airtech is seeking Commercial HVAC Installers to join our growing team. These driven individuals assist in commercial, institutional, and industrial air systems. Successful candidates will have experience with the sheet metal trade and HVAC installation. They are willing to ask questions to advance their knowledge and guide apprentices in their understanding. *Company Overview* Locally owned & operated in Lethbridge, Airtech?s business is heating, cooling, ventilation, and metal fabrication. Airtech has been servicing homes and businesses in southern Alberta since 2003, obtaining thousands of 5 star reviews. Airtech embraces open communication, encourages feedback, and inspires innovation via a team orientated approach. *Duties and Responsibilities* * Install and repair sheet metal products according to specifications and building code * Install dust collection systems * Install commercial kitchen ventilation systems * Install air handling equipment, furnaces, fans, air terminal devices, and split system air conditioners * Load and unload equipment and materials needed for the job * Work safely and adequately at all times and from heights * Read and understand blueprints * Take accurate measurements and action them appropriately *Qualifications* * Mechanically inclined * Manual dexterity and physical stamina * Driven and dependable * Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions * Experienced sheet metal worker, with commercial/industrial field experience *Benefits* * Competitive Wages * Comprehensive Health Care * RRSP Matching * Profit Sharing * Training Assistance Program * Tool Purchase Program *Working Hours* * Monday through Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm * Overtime after 8 hours and on weekends, on occasion Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship Pay: Up to $40.00 per hour Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Disability insurance * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * Paid time off * Profit sharing * Relocation assistance * RRSP match * Store discount * Tuition reimbursement * Vision care * Wellness program Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Overtime Supplemental pay types: * Bonus pay * Overtime pay * Signing bonus Application question(s): * Are you able to relocate to Lethbridge, AB?
