Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Monitor quality and production levels. Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise operation of mechanical equipment and machinery. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies.
