Titan Livestock Group of Companies is currently recruiting for a dynamic individual to fill the position of Accounting Clerk.

Responsibilities:
* Recording daily accounts payable & receivable transactions daily
* Processing daily payment batches
* Prepare daily bank and revolving loan reconciliations using SAGE 300 reconciliation modules
* Review daily aged accounts receivable and accounts payable listings for accuracy
* Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve outstanding amounts
* Reception and administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, scanning & receiving/distributing mail
* Manage and review inflow of documentation through mail, email and fax
* Maintenance of electronic filing system
* Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years full cycle bookkeeping experience preferred
* Experience with Sage 300 (Bank, AR, AP, OE, PO & Payroll modules)
* Formal education or certificate in Bookkeeping/Accounting preferred
* Ability to handle a high volume of time sensitive repetitive tasks
* Must have strong focus and excellent attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills with strong organization and multitasking skills
* Able to work well independently with little supervision
* Monday to Friday 40 hour work week, overtime may be required
* Excellent command of the English language (reading, writing, oral)
* Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
