*Full Time Associate Optometrist* _Are you looking to be as busy as you want but not stressed? Are you okay with no traffic jams? Would you like to be 5 minutes from one of 330 drinkable and swimmable lakes in the Sudbury region?_ We are looking for a full-time associate, effective immediately, in our small independent full scope Optometry Clinic. Expansion into a specialty scope can be entertained, and we would give an associate autonomy and guidance. We are in Chelmsford, ON a 15 minute drive from downtown Sudbury. Sudbury is a mid-sized community offering its own university and 2 colleges. It is the hub of Northern Ontario for health care and has affordable housing. There is plenty to choose from with regards to restaurants and shopping. The outdoors is in your backyard, offering numerous activities including boating, hiking, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, swimming and snowmobiling. It is a very nice mixture of urban and rural. *With a recent retirement in this over 40-year-old practice, we have become extremely busy, pre-booking into spring 2025. You will be booked up! * The knowledgeable staff have been with us for many years and we like to offer a relaxed experience. In office we have an EHR, OCT, HVF, Fundus Camera, auto-pachymetry, full lab on site with new Briot edger and a busy dispensary. We are located inside the Place Bonaventure Mall in Chelmsford, ON which allows for foot traffic by the office.
