Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work site environment: Outdoors. Tasks: Replace and repair electrical controls and panel boxes. Install underground wiring and cables. Design and construct single-phase service for single or multimeter installations. Splice, join and connect wires. Test and measure voltage, loads, ground faults integrity of circuits. Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Load, unload and transport construction materials. Direct traffic at or near construction sites. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants. Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.- LocationSquamish, BC
