Danger Zone Repair Inc. (a division of Titan Livestock Group of Companies) is currently recruiting for a dynamic individual to fill the position of part time Office Administrator located in Moose Jaw Saskatchewan. Titan Livestock is a growing agri business active on the cattle sector. We focus on building lasting customer relationships through strong service delivery and product quality. Responsibilities: * Inventory management * Recording daily accounts payable & receivable transactions * Invoicing * Data entry * Prepare bank reconciliations * Liaise with customers and suppliers to resolve outstanding amounts * Reception and administrative tasks such as answering phones, filing, scanning & receiving/distributing mail * Manage and review inflow of documentation through mail, email and fax * Maintenance of electronic filing system * Prepare biweekly payroll runs as required * Greet clients and customers in a polite and professional manner * Cross-train with Legend Livestock Carriers Accounting Clerk position to act as relief for vacation/sick days and support as needed. * Follow all established and future Standard Operating Procedures * Complete all applicable mandatory training as required * Other duties/projects as assigned Requirements: * Minimum of 1-2 years related administrative and bookkeeping experience * Prior inventory experience an asset * Preference given to candidates with experience in the trucking industry * Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping duties including purchase and invoicing * Completion of Grade 12 including business subjects related to admin/bookkeeping * Proficiency in Google Applications, Microsoft Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat DC * Strong data entry and keyboarding skills * Ability to manage high volumes within short timelines and changing priorities efficiently * Excellent multitasking, communication skills, strong organization skills, self-motivation * Must have a positive team player attitude * Must have strong focus and attention to detail ? accuracy is critical * Follows policies and procedures and completes tasks correctly and on time * Self-motivated and able to work well independently with little supervision * Physically fit and able to push, pull, lift up to 20+ lbs and to bend and kneel with comfort * Schedule is flexible on selected weekdays but must be willing to work longer hours or additional days during peak business times and may include vacation coverage * Excellent command of the English language (reading, writing, oral) * Must be legally entitled to work in Canada We offer a competitive benefits package including matching RRSP program.
