We are currently recruiting for an administrative clerk based out of our head office located 10 km west of Moose Jaw on the #1 Highway. We are looking for an individual to be part of an effective, efficient and energetic team that prides itself on providing accurate and timely information to our customers and management. Some basic knowledge of fundamental accounting principles and concepts would be a definite asset. Job duties include:o Data entry of cattle tradeso Communication with cattle producerso Communication with cattle buyerso General office and administrative dutieso Filing Requirements:o Proficiency in Microsoft office programs - specifically excel and wordo 2 3 years experience in an office environmento Excellent data entry and computer skills with a high degree of accuracyo Attention to detailo Ability to multitasko Ability to communicate effectively - written and verbalo Good organizational skillso Ability to work effectively within a team environmento Punctual & dependableo Ability to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment Must be flexible during peak business periods to work outside of regular office hours.
