Our REGINA, SK location has an opportunity available for an experienced INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong people and organizational skills dedicated to meeting customer needs. The position will be responsible for the quotation, sale, and expediting of product to Apex Distribution?s end users and EPC clients. The successful candidate will execute orders to meet and exceed customer expectations. Some duties will include: * Ensuring customer service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction is maximized * Processing orders by telephone, mail, electronically or in person * Checking inventory for product availability, delivery, scheduling and price verification Qualifications: * Customer service skills, strong oral, written communication and trouble shooting skills * Able to prioritize and manage a busy workload * Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player * Conscientious, detail oriented, excellent organizational and time-management skills The ideal candidate will have five years of experience in quoting and selling PVF product and proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook and Excel with an aptitude for software systems. The successful candidate must be able to manage priorities to meet customer deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service. They will also be responsible in building and maintaining a positive relationship with Apex Distribution?s vendors/suppliers.
