Responsibilities: - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience - Schedule appointments - Maintain electronic medical records and update patient information as needed - Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries -Share duties of other MOA; entering vitals and reason for visit into EMR, performing ECGs and preparing for PAPS and other procedures. Skills: - Proficiency in medical office procedures, including ECGs, preparing patients for procedures and knowlege of terminology - Experience with electronic medical records systems - Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks This position requires a high level of professionalism, respect for confidentiality, and the ability to work well in a team.
