Meadow Lake Dental is seeking a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team. At Meadow Lake Dental we understand the importance of a work/life balance and offer great flexibility for our staff. Hours of OperationMonday-Thurday: 8:00 - 4:00Friday: 8:00 - 1:00 Summer schedule (July/August): Monday-Thurday: 8:00 - 4:00Friday: CLOSEDClosed evenings and weekends Position Overview: We're looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) who's dedicated to their craft and committed to providing excellent patient care. As an integral part of our team, you'll assist our dentists in four-handed dentistry by delivering top-notch dental services to our patients. Responsibilities: -Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.-Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize dental instruments and equipment according to strict protocols.-Take and process dental x-rays as required, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.-Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative tasks as needed.-Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care instructions. Requirements: -Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification from the Saskatchewan Dental Assistants' Association (SDAA).-Current CPR/First Aid Certification.-Completion of a recognized dental assisting program or equivalent training.-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.-Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.-Ability to work well within a team environment.
