The successful candidate should be honest, hardworking, friendly, have an exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines. We are a mid-sized firm and pride ourselves on maintaining a fun and positive atmosphere of learning and professionalism. We definitely ?punch above our weight class?. *Skills required* · Prepare journal entries and provide bookkeeping services · Preparation of year-end financial statements, analysis and ability to present findings · Assist in the completion of tax engagements, preparing personal and corporate tax returns (and other compliance slips), preparing year-end tax forms (T4s and T5s) · Correspond with clients and various government agencies *Qualifications* · Post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in accounting · Experience in an accounting, customer service and/or client service environment is preferred · Experience in financial statement preparation, analysis and preparation of tax returns is considered an asset · Experience working with accounting and tax software is considered an asset *What is in it for you ?* · Base compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience · Flexible work arrangements (we have families too) · One-time work-from home office support Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year Benefits: * Disability insurance * Life insurance * On-site parking * Tuition reimbursement Schedule: * Monday to Friday * No weekends Supplemental pay types: * Bonus pay Experience: * Accounting: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationRegina, SK
