Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Operate manual or semi-automatic, fully automated welding equipment. Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes. Examine welds and ensure that they meet standards and/or specifications. Fit, braze and torch-straighten metal. Determine weldability of materials. Type of materials: Aluminum alloys. Stainless steel. Steel, iron and heavy metals. Welding techniques: Laser. Weight handling: Up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs). Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent written communication. Flexibility. Organized. Team player. Punctuality. Hardworking.
