Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Estimate costs and materials. Prepare production and other reports. Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions. Train or arrange for training. Co-ordinate and schedule activities. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Oversee the operation of company. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Set up machines and equipment. Supervise workers and projects. Use computer numerical control (CNC) machines. Supervision: 5-10 people. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication.
