Known best for its fishing, Dauphin River is home to many Master Angler Awards from Walleye to Northern Pike.Qualifications: Bachelor of Education degree <p> Valid Manitoba Teachers Certificate (or eligibility for)<p> Masters Degree in Education/Administration and/or Certificate in School Leadership would be an asset<p> At least five years of teaching experience and five years of administrative experience<p> Excellent understanding of current Manitoba Curricula and differentiated instruction<p> Experience with integrating Indigenous culture and land-based teaching into curriculum <p> Proficiency in a variety of computer applications in a network environment and experience with and understanding of school-based technology<p> Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with Frontier School Division office staff<p> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<p> Ability to effectively communicate with parents and the community, and foster parental involvement<p> Ability to work with teachers to promote and deliver inclusive schooling<p> Previous success with the development and implementation of short and long-term school-based plans<p> Experience leading innovative and alternative program delivery methods for students<p> Keen ability to identify and creatively solve problems<p> Capacity to work in and respond to a demanding, fast-paced school environment<p> Ability to work in partnership with community agencies Applicants are required to submit the following: cover letter<p> current resume<p> list of three professional references including email addresses and contact numbers, all of whom must have knowledge of the applicants performance in the applicants current or recent assignment <p>Thank you for your interest; however, only applicants selected for an interview will be contacted. <p>By applying, you consent to the Division contacting your references.
