Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Establish work schedules and procedures. Examine and verify the accuracy of work . Prepare and submit reports. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Conduct performance reviews. Recruit and hire staff. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery. Requisition materials and supplies. Organize and maintain inventory. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail. Personal suitability: Client focus. Organized.
