The Opportunity:Company, Department: Nova Scotia Power, Power Production Location: Trenton, NS Salary: $50.04 per hour, as per the NSPI/IBEW Collective Agreement Closing Date: November 12th, 2024 We are currently looking for an Industrial Electrician &/or Instrumentation Technician (Power Plant Technician II) as per Article 6.12 of the CA. The successful candidate will join our Power Production team in a permanent position. Reporting to the Controls Supervisor, you will be responsible for routine maintenance, trouble shooting, calibration and installation of instrumentation and monitoring equipment throughout the generating station. Key elements of this role include::As a Power Plant Technician II: You will be responsible for ensuring the plant operates safely, as prescribed in NSPI Operating Practices and the Occupational- LocationTrenton, NS
