*Shercom Industries: Innovation Fueled by Sustainability * *And we are looking for help!* *The Opportunity:* We are looking for a *highly motivated and entrepreneurial professional* who is experienced at all elements of the sale - from generating leads to closing sales. This role will be based out of our Saskatoon office, and will *serve dealers across the prairie provinces & Canada*. Our ideal candidate will deliver a *professional and enthusiastic* presentation to customers, and understands that *building relationships* is the key to success in sales. We need a *positive representative* to promote our products and reflect the values of Shercom Industries. *Responsibilities:* *Collaboration & Strategy Development* * Collaborate closely with the National Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies. * Participate in regular strategy and performance review meetings. *Performance & Reporting* * Submit timely sales reports and updates. * Review sales targets and performance metrics during scheduled check-ins with National Sales Manager. * Adjust sales tactics based on feedback and guidance. *Training & Development* * Attend training sessions and workshops when scheduled. * Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. *Operational Support* * Assist the National Sales Manager in executing national and regional sales campaigns. * Support special projects or initiatives. *Job Requirements:* 3 to 5 years sales experience with a proven track record in exceeding sales goals Willingness to travel as required (Tradeshows & Dealer Events) Willingness to work weekends if needed Proven negotiation, presentation, selling and closing skills Self-motivation, flexibility and excellent time-management skills Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multi-task Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint *About Us:* We are an award-winning Saskatchewan company that is a fully committed to the manufacturing of Rubber products.
