*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Stage Hand to support our production team in creating seamless live performances and events. The ideal candidate will assist with setting up, maintaining, and dismantling stage setups, ensuring all technical and aesthetic elements are executed flawlessly. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes in a dynamic entertainment environment, contributing to memorable experiences for audiences. *Duties* * Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting stage equipment, props, and scenery. * Set up lighting, sound, and visual equipment in accordance with production requirements. * Operate and troubleshoot technical equipment during rehearsals and live performances. * Collaborate with directors, designers, and other crew members to ensure timely scene changes. * Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stage area before, during, and after performances. * Assist in troubleshooting technical issues quickly to minimize performance disruptions. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods * Comfortable working on feet for long shifts and in varying environments * Reliable transportation to job sites * Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team-oriented attitude * Ability to follow instructions and adapt quickly on-site * Assist with rigging, cable runs, and equipment placement * Strike and pack equipment efficiently and safely after events * Follow safety protocols and site-specific guidelines *Experience* * Prior experience working as a Stage Hand or in a similar technical support role is \*Required\*. * Familiarity with stage lighting, sound systems, and visual effects technology is necessary * Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends depending on performance schedules. * Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
