*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee daily business operations, optimize processes, and lead teams toward achieving organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of revenue management. *Responsibilities* * Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company objectives. * Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. * Lead, motivate, and manage teams to foster a productive and positive work environment. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and maximize revenue opportunities. * Manage budgets, resources, and schedules to optimize operational performance. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. * Prepare reports for senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives. * Must have flexible work hours to accommodate a 24/7 operation *Qualifications* * Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager or Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the industry. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and collaborate across departments. * Demonstrated ability to analyze data, develop insights, and make informed decisions. * Knowledge of industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards. * Bachelor?s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Hospitality. * Proficiency with operational software like SynXis Property Hub, Lighthouse and Microsoft Office Suite. * Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a dynamic environment. This position is integral to maintaining the company's operational integrity while fostering continuous improvement efforts that support long-term success. * At least 5 years in Hospitality.
