Liaise with departmental and corporate officials and with other organizations and associations. Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS Word. Spreadsheet. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available.
