Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Consulting firm. Tasks: Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material. Arrange for refunds and credits. Explain the type and cost of services offered. Issue receipts and other forms. Maintain records and statistics. Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services.. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Perform general office duties. Receive payments. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Collect and record data. Book appointments. Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records. Security and safety: Reference required. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence.
