*Job Summary* We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Receiver to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments, ensuring proper storage and documentation. This role is crucial in maintaining efficient warehouse operations, supporting order fulfillment, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Experience with warehouse management systems and equipment such as forklifts and reach trucks is highly desirable. *Duties* * Receive and unload incoming shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, or manual methods * Inspect received goods for damage or discrepancies against purchase orders * Record receipt details in ERP management systems * Properly store items in designated locations within the warehouse * Organize and arrange inventory within the warehouse * Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels * Support order fulfillment by picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment * Ensure compliance with safety standards during all handling and loading activities * Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency *Qualifications* * Prior experience in warehouse distribution, shipping & receiving, or related roles preferred * Proficiency with warehouse management systems (SOS Inventory, or ERPAG is an asset) * Valid forklift license or certification; experience operating reach trucks is desirable * Basic math skills for inventory counting and order processing * Ability to operate order pickers and load & unload equipment safely * Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate receipt and storage of goods * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team * Physical ability to lift heavy loads, stand for extended periods, and perform manual tasks as needed This position offers an opportunity to be an integral part of our logistics operations while working in a dynamic warehouse environment.
