<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>Job description:</p><p><strong><strong>Overview</strong></strong><br />We are seeking a reliable and experienced Yard Worker and Local Delivery Driver to join our team.</p><p>This role involves operating various vehicles to move equipment around the yard, ensuring efficient and safe operations. Washing fleet trucks and Washroom Trailers prior to rentals. Perform local deliveries in F350 or flat deck truck as required.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, excellent communication skills, and experience with forklift operation would be an asset.</p><p><strong><strong>Duties</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Safely operate trucks and other vehicles to transport materials within the yard and to designated locations</li><li>Use forklifts and other equipment to load, unload, and organize inventory</li><li>Assist with the movement of heavy loads, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed</li><li>Communicate effectively in English with team members regarding delivery schedules and operational needs</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yard area to promote safety and efficiency</li><li>Wash fleet trucks once a week</li><li>Clean washroom trailers before and after rentals</li><li>Work in various weather conditions outside.</li><li>Able to lift 50lbs</li></ul><p><strong><strong>Experience</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required</li><li>Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is a plus</li><li>Strong customer service skills for interacting with team members and external partners</li><li>Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently</li><li>Excellent communication skills for coordinating tasks within the team</li></ul></div></div>- Location Langley, BC
