*Job Overview* We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Dance Instructor to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching dance, with experience working with children and a flair for creating engaging, fun, and educational classes. This role offers an opportunity to inspire students of all ages, foster a love for dance, and contribute to a positive learning environment. The Dance Instructor will be responsible for developing age-appropriate lesson plans, demonstrating dance techniques, and encouraging students? artistic growth in a supportive setting. *Responsibilities* * Design and deliver engaging dance lessons tailored to various age groups and skill levels * Teach fundamental dance techniques, choreography, and performance skills * Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages creativity and confidence * Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their development * Maintain a safe and clean studio environment during all classes * Collaborate with other instructors and staff to organize performances or recitals * Adapt teaching methods to accommodate children with different learning styles. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in teaching dance, preferably with children * Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage young learners * Experience working with children in educational or extracurricular settings * Excellent communication skills and patience when working with students of varying ages * Creativity in lesson planning and ability to foster a fun learning atmosphere * Team motivated but can also thrive working independently Join our team to make a positive impact on young dancers? lives while sharing your passion for movement and creativity.
