We are seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations for our new location opening this summer. This is an operations-focused role with strong involvement in BOH systems, food quality, SOP enforcement, scheduling, team leadership, and overall restaurant performance. This is not a desk role. We are looking for someone present on the floor who leads by example, takes initiative, pays close attention to detail, and takes real ownership of restaurant operations. The ideal candidate has strong kitchen operations experience, understands food safety and service flow, is calm under pressure, respectful, organized, and confident leading a team. *The ideal scenario is to bring the right candidate on part-time at our current location before transitioning into the full-time role on July 15.* Responsibilities: * Oversee daily BOH and FOH operations during prep, service, and close * Uphold and enforce all restaurant SOPs * Ensure consistency in food quality, cleanliness, and service standards * Support scheduling and labor efficiency * Manage inventory, ordering, food cost, labor cost, and waste control * Train, supervise, and hold staff accountable to standards * Maintain operational logs and communicate issues to management * Step in where needed to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Schedule & Availability: * Expected schedule is approximately 45 hours per week * Flexibility is required based on operational needs and business volume * Evening and weekend availability is required Requirements: * Familiarity with Middle Eastern cuisine is considered a strong asset * 5+ years in Food & Beverage, including supervisory or managerial experience * Strong understanding of food cost and labor cost * Strong cooking and food preparation knowledge * Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and HACCP * Comfortable with emailing, scheduling, inventory, and basic reporting systems * Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills * Fluent in English * Valid Food Handler Certification * Legally eligible to work in Canada This position includes a 90-day paid trial period. Successful completion may lead to long-term confirmation and future growth opportunities as the business expands. Pay: Up to $6,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote- Location Toronto, ON
