*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Supervisor to oversee daily store operations and lead a team towards achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to store growth, implement merchandising strategies, and develop team members in a fast-paced retail environment. *Duties* * Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies * Lead, motivate, and manage retail staff through effective team management, training & development, and performance evaluations * Oversee merchandising activities, including product placement, pricing strategies, and inventory purchasing to maximize sales * Manage POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling processes with accuracy and integrity * Conduct recruiting efforts such as interviewing candidates and onboarding new employees * Handle payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks related to store management * Develop and implement marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase sales * Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and analyze data for strategic planning * Maintain excellent customer service standards by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience * Oversee store budgeting, pricing adjustments, and sales management to meet financial targets * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized store environment *Skills* * Strong leadership abilities with proven supervising experience in retail or related fields * Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus * Proficiency in POS systems, cashiering, cash handling, and bookkeeping software * Skilled in merchandising, pricing strategies, sales management, and marketing techniques * Effective team management skills including recruiting, training & development, and performance evaluation * Sound organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting * Competence in negotiation, purchasing decisions, budgeting, and store management operations * Customer service excellence with professional phone etiquette and conflict resolution skills * Strong math skills for sales calculations, pricing adjustments, and financial reporting * Ability to manage time effectively while overseeing multiple responsibilities simultaneously This position is integral to the success of our retail operations.
