This role will support the HR Manager in various human resources functions, ensuring the smooth execution of HR processes and internal communications. The Human Resource Assistant will support the onboarding and offboarding processes while contributing to the development and execution of HR initiatives. ABOUT YOUSuccessful Scotlynn Candidates Have:Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related fieldExperience in a HR or Administrative role, with exposure to applying HR policy and internal communicationStrong organizational and time management skills with attention to detailSelf-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environmentWork experience in customer-facing roles from the following industries is welcomed and appreciated: Human Resources, Sales and/or Administration HOW YOU?LL SUCCEED WITH SCOTLYNNMaintain and update employee records within the HRIS and update employee benefits program with terminations and employee inquiriesSupport HR policy development, updates, and implementation, ensuring alignment with legal and regulatory requirements.
