*Commercial Real Estate Agent* *Location:* 2468 Scotia Street, Vancouver, BC *Business Line:* Industrial Real Estate Leasing & Sales *Team:* Focused Industrial Group *Brokerage:* Royal LePage Westside Klein Group *Schedule:* Full-time | Onsite *Position Overview* *Focused Industrial Group*, in partnership with *Royal LePage Commercial*, is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker to develop business and execute industrial leasing and sales transactions within an assigned territory. The role is suited for a motivated, relationship-driven professional capable of building market presence, generating opportunities, advising clients, and managing transactions from start to finish. *Key Responsibilities* * Originate new business through proactive client outreach, networking, and market intelligence * Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, providing strategic advisory services * Lead leasing and sale transactions from initial engagement through negotiation and closing * Prepare and oversee offering contracts, proposals, and marketing materials * Coordinate property tours, negotiations, due diligence, and transaction timelines * Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, opportunities, and transactions within CRM systems * Ensure compliance with all brokerage, regulatory, and reporting requirements, including Deal Sheets, FINTRAC, and RECBC documentation * Collaborate with internal teams and brokerage leadership to support platform growth and market coverage *Qualifications & Experience* * Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate brokerage, advisory, or investment sales * Proven track record in business development and transaction execution * Ability to manage multiple transactions and client relationships concurrently * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills * Entrepreneurial mindset with a disciplined, professional approach * Valid British Columbia real estate license in good standing *Performance Expectations* * Consistently originate and close commercial real estate transactions * Maintain a high standard of client service and professional conduct * Demonstrate accountability, initiative, and strategic thinking * Represent the firm professionally in all client-facing and market activities *Why Royal LePage Commercial* Royal LePage Commercial combines national reach with local market expertise.
