If you are ready to step up to a premier shop, let?s get to work. *The Role* We are looking for a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team. You will be handling everything from comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and routine maintenance to installing specialized delete kits, completing high end builds, and prepping vehicles for custom tuning. *Key Responsibilities* * *Diagnostics and Repair:* Diagnose, repair, and maintain light to medium duty diesel engines and drivetrains using advanced tools, diagnostics software, and schematics. You will also be tackling advanced electrical system troubleshooting. * *Performance and Custom Builds:* Install performance parts, aftermarket upgrades, accessories, and specialized delete packages. You will also help assemble complex automotive systems. * *Routine Maintenance:* Take care of routine maintenance services like oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid replacements. * *Tool Operation:* Use hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment to repair or assemble vehicle components. * *Compliance and Safety:* Follow manufacturer specifications, interpret technical manuals, and keep safety in mind during all repairs. We also expect everyone to maintain a clean and organized workspace. * *Customer Service and Admin:* Keep detailed service records for each vehicle and provide excellent customer service by clearly explaining repairs and maintenance recommendations to our customers. *Qualifications and Requirements* * Proven experience as a Diesel Mechanic or Automotive Service Technician. * Having your Journeyperson certification is a big plus. * A deep understanding of modern diesel engines, fuel systems, and electrical diagnostics. * Hands on experience with performance modifications, aftermarket parts, and welding equipment. * You need to have your own set of professional tools and a valid driver license. * Excellent problem solving skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to read complex technical schematics. * The ability to work well on your own or as part of a team in a fast paced environment. * You should be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds since it is a regular part of the job. * A professional attitude, great communication skills, and a real drive to tackle challenging projects. *Perks and Benefits* * *Top Tier Work Environment:* Work in a brand new, spacious, fully air conditioned facility that is equipped with the best tools in the industry. * *Financial Growth:* Competitive hourly pay plus a great performance bonus structure. * *Health and Wellness:* Comprehensive benefits including Dental care, Vision care, Extended health care, Life insurance, and Disability insurance. * *Time Off:* Paid time off so you can recharge. * *Extras:* Free on site parking and store discounts.
