The Shelter Shift Supervisor will also be responsible for:<ul><li>Onboarding, orientation and training of new staff</li><li>Providing leadership and support to frontline staff, including debriefing, facilitation, conflict resolution and crisis intervention</li><li>Provide ongoing mentorship and coordination to team members to support consistency and quality in all service provision.</li><li>Provide insight and input, as required, to the performance evaluation process.</li><li>Provide direct client service to program participants.</li><li>Provide service in a dignified, culturally safe and respectful manner that reflects the charism of Good Shepherd, and which reflects an integrated anti-racism/anti-oppression, feminist framework.</li><li>Participate in
