Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Organize and maintain inventory. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Take customers' orders. Maintain records on inventory control system. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Resolve complaints and claims . Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year.
