*Job Overview* We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, handle transactions accurately, and contribute to a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Bilingual abilities and experience with technology sales or product demos are a plus, helping to enhance customer engagement and sales opportunities. *Responsibilities* * Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases * Operate POS systems accurately for cash, credit, and digital transactions * Handle cash handling duties with precision and integrity * Provide product information and perform product demos when necessary * Upsell items to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction * Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is tidy * Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimize wait times * Communicate clearly with customers using phone etiquette when needed * Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as required * Support team members in achieving sales goals and delivering excellent customer service *Requirements* * Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred * Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus * Basic math skills for handling transactions and balancing cash drawers * Knowledge of POS systems and retail merchandising practices * Ability to perform product demos and engage customers effectively * Excellent organizational skills and time management capabilities * Friendly demeanor with strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail * Multilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse customer bases Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $15.00-$15.50 per hour Work Location: In person
