*Job Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to lead our store operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, retail management expertise, and excellent communication abilities. This role involves overseeing daily store activities, managing staff, and driving sales performance to meet business objectives. Bilingual skills and experience in merchandising, marketing, and team development are highly valued to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. *Duties* * Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures * Lead, motivate, and manage retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service * Oversee merchandising efforts to ensure attractive product displays and optimal inventory levels * Manage POS systems, pricing strategies, and purchasing activities to maximize profitability * Handle cash management, cashiering duties, and bookkeeping with accuracy and integrity * Recruit, interview, train, and develop new team members to build a high-performing workforce * Implement marketing initiatives to promote store products and special promotions * Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and analyze data for continuous improvement * Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements * Assist in budgeting, payroll processing, and administrative tasks related to store management *Requirements* * Proven supervising or retail management experience with strong leadership skills * Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate teams and engage customers effectively * Proficiency in POS systems, cash handling, bookkeeping, and basic math skills * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment * Experience in merchandising, pricing strategies, marketing, and sales management * Ability to negotiate with vendors and suppliers; purchasing experience is a plus * Multilingual or bilingual capabilities preferred to serve diverse customer bases * Demonstrated ability in recruiting, training & development, and team management * Knowledge of budgeting, payroll processing, administrative procedures, and phone etiquette * Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor and problem-solving abilities This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual eager to lead a retail team while ensuring smooth store operations.
