*Overview* We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kitchen Manager to assist in leading our team and drive the success of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, ensuring exceptional food quality, operational efficiency, and kitchen safety. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee operations by mantaining high standars of presentation, foster team growth, and contribute to the company's long-term vision. *Duties* * Lead and supervise all kitchen operations, and motivate team members to achieve goals while maintain high-performance standards * Develop and maintain high food quality, presentation standards, and consistency across all product lines * Manage kitchen staff scheduling, training, supporting team members and evaluating performance. * Oversee food preparation, production timelines, and service execution * Monitor inventory levels, ordering, receiving, and supplier relationships * Control food costs, waste management, and labour expenses * Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations * Maintain kitchen organization, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance * Collaborate with management on menu planning, seasonal offerings, and special events * Support catering, large-scale production, and event execution when required * Resolve operational challenges quickly in a fast-paced environment * Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen culture *Qualifications and Skills* * Post Secondary Certificate/Diploma in Culinary Arts/Hospitality/ Food realted areas. * Proven experience in kitchen management or executive culinary leadership * Proficient in Google Workspace * Strong leadership and team management abilities * Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices * Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills * Experience with inventory management and food costing systems * Passion for hospitality, culinary excellence, and guest experience * Experience with Shopify and Food cost software ideally Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits: * On-site parking Application question(s): * What is your level of experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)?
