As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in driving sales, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. *Responsibilities* * Engage with Pet parents to understand their needs and provide tailored recommendations. * Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers. * Assist with cashiering duties, including processing transactions accurately and efficiently. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. * Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall store performance. * Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. *Qualifications* * Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills. * Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Experience in technical sales is preferred but not required. * Previous cashiering experience is an advantage. * Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on building relationships. * Ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience. * Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. * Highly organized with attention to detail in maintaining store standards. * A proactive approach to sales with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
